Casa Nepeta produces artisanal liqueurs and bitters born from the combination of Sicilian aromatic herbs and local resources: wild plants such as calamint, shrubby thyme, and helichrysum; Sicilian citrus fruits such as Syracuse PGI lemons, Sicilian bitter oranges, and bergamot. Our liqueurs are designed as exquisite digestifs, best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature with ice.

Mother Spirits

Madre Spirits are the natural evolution of our iconic liqueurs. Sugar-free, uncompromising. Only the maceration of hand-picked calamint, marjoram, and wild thyme plants and flowers, crafted with artisanal care. Double infusion captures the aromatic core, stored in 70cl bottles at 40°C, lending a lively, deep, and sensorial character, ideal as a dry after-dinner drink or a botanical cocktail.

Gin

Noto Gin is a London Dry that combines rigor and poetry, distilled with Mediterranean botanicals and evocative spices. It was created to evoke the baroque curves of Noto and the golden warmth of its stone in the light.
