Timous Spirito Madre captures the fragrant essence of the Mediterranean scrub. Obtained through two separate alcoholic infusions of wild thyme and Italian helichrysum, both with plants and flowers, accompanied by a separate infusion of bergamot peel, this extract restores to the sip the fresh herbaceous vein of thyme and the warm sweetness of helichrysum, enhanced by the spicy and citrus notes of bergamot.

This is a complex and bold spirit: thyme dominates with its pungent, balsamic profile, while helichrysum adds a soft, resinous nuance. Bergamot adds brightness and light spice, for a sip that evokes the scents of the Sicilian countryside.
